[Balloon] kernel 2.6.16-5-sa1100 boots

The kernel source currently in the subversion repository on 
husaberg.toby-churchill.com has booted a balloon2 and a balloon3.

Note that there is no devfs support so a rootfs without a goodly stock 
of /dev/xxx devices will not boot.

Note that some of the port needs tidying ie sa1100_cs as a module flags 
an unknown symbol and apm.ko needs a pm_suspend symbol. This should be 
trivial to fix.

Although the bulk is done, there is also a fair amount of brokenness in 
the drivers (sound and udc for example) but I don't have the time to do 
it ATM.

I am away till after 24th June but I'll collect mail/patches on my return.
