[Balloon] sa1100_udc.c for 2.6.12 available

Here (at last) is a first cut at a usb gadget driver for the strongarm 
sa1100 running under 2.6.12 for the Balloon board. It has working as of 
about 4 hours ago so has not been extensively tested.

It has been used successfully with the ethernet gadget running as a CDC 
subset into a Debian linux PC.

It can doubtless be tidied up considerably but I thought it best to make 
an early version available as it seems to have been a desired feature 
for many of us for far too long.
