[Balloon] new toolchain on husaberg

Hi folks

I created a new gcc 3.4 cross compiler debian suite after finding that the dependencies in Nikita's set were broken.
Its available on husaberg.toby-churchill.com/balloon/releases/utils/cross-gcc-3.4/ for anyone that wants to test it.
I'll be using it in anger for testing with OpenEmbedded tomorrow.
