[Balloon] Husaberg update

The options dryrun and checksum have been removed from the rsync server on husaberg.

	- a start on the Philips usb master chip implementation (compiles but segfaults - help welcome).

balloon-fbvncserver.ipk 
	- better support for different framebuffers
	- vnc key input to either the virtual keyboard (/proc/vkbd/scan - my addition to 2.6 kernels) or the /dev/balloon/kbdscan in 2.4.25. 
	- Also support for separated keydown and keyup states so that Ctl-C works. PgUp PgDn etc all work so we can use mc in anger.

Note that vkbd is still work in progress but seems robust. I will probably add a similar pointing device input driver and add it to balloon_fbvncserver. I'll upload sources once they are tidier.
