Necessary changes have now been made in balloonboard SVN trunk so that
the new version of balloon3-config (0.6) only contains the chpasswd
command via a postinst script. Other versions of balloon3-config have
been replaced. The emdebian rootfs multistrap config has also been
modified to ensure that new builds pull in the new balloon3-config from
lenny-proposed-updates at www.emdebian.org/grip/=20

No word on that one yet - we may be stuck with chpasswd for a while.
