This variant has 206Mhz StrongARM1110, Xilinx PLD, 192MB flash fitted instead of the SmartMedia socket, 64MB RAM, 8MB NOR flash, CF slot, Expansion connector, 3.3V supply, USB host and slave, RTC, ID chip, Serial ports, Reset button, and an extended PCB with mounting holes. It weighs 27grams.
